Everything was set for Lisa and Benny's wedding when the Benny died in
an accident. Lisa went to Benny's mother to reveal that that she was
pregnant. The mother was apprehensive but it was Benny's brother, Eric,
that convinced her to care for Lisa until she gives birth. Lisa stayed
in the house but Benny's mother only saw her as an opportunist and
treated her with cruelty, befitting a slave. It was in Eric that Lisa
found kindness, and as time passed, Eric was slowly falling in love with
her.
