A political victim or a mere wrong icon? This
is one of the four muscular statues that used to stand at the Rotonda
of Roxas City , Capiz years ago. During my recent visit. i discovered
that this structure was removed and was replaced by a fountain by the
incumbent mayor. The structures were created by his predecessor. Some
said that it had negative vibes due to their "pasan ko ang daigdig" position. Or another
Lim-Atienza affair?
